Generally, it often happens that the kind of food which we relish turns out to be rich in cholesterol content. Many of us are also aware that having food which is high on the cholesterol front can cause heart diseases. Foods which are high in cholesterol are meat, nuts and dairy products. Well, of course these products are not bad for health but they need to be taken in certain measured proportions. Cholesterol rich foods do not produce their harmful effects, if we take it cautiously. However, it is worth noting that one should not have more than 200mg of cholesterol rich foods per day. A healthy inclusion of fruits and vegetables is always a better choice.
